Our Story
After years of working as an AC technician in Naples and Marco Island, I, Joseph Swafford, saw a need for trustworthy service provided by skilled professionals. I started Big Air AC to fill that gap and to create a company where customers know they’re getting dependable, top-quality solutions. Alongside my wife, Jean, who grew up here in Fort Myers, we’ve built Big Air AC on the principles of honesty, transparency, and community trust.
