Commercial Air Conditioning
The Big Difference
We at Big Air Strive to go the extra mile and offer reliable, on time, honest service.
Service
Our goal is to be able to solve your issues when they arise, quickly, and efficiently.

We have staff on standby, ready to come out and keep your equipment running, so you
can keep making money.

We keeped our trucks stocked with plenty of parts so we can get your equipment running fast.

We provide photos, and a detailed description of the work performed along with every estimate, and repair invoice. The more informed you are, the better you will be able to make decisions about the health and operation of your HVAC-R equipment.

We use fieldpiece equipment to record readings from every service call, so you have proof that your equipment is working how it should.
Maintenance
Our commercial maintenance program works with you to give you an optimal understanding of all of your HVAC-R equipment.

We have a system integrated with our website, that allows you to view all the systems in your building through a map layout. From this map you can view the location of the air handler, condenser, and the thermostat.
Example Map
In this example map, If I were to click on either the air handler or condenser for unit #1, it would take me to a web page dedicated to unit #1, where I can view photos of the unit, find the filter size, breaker location, drain line location, and a history containing every service ever performed on this unit by our company.

This map will save you tons of headache, as well as save our technicians tons of time. Information is king, and our system allows you and technicians to be on the same page about which units need what repairs, and when it is getting done.

We are flexible in our maintenance plans, your contact will work with you to find a plan that works right for your company. Some systems need the filter changed quarterly, others need it changed every single month.

Thorough Maintenances
We perform a thorough maintenance that, if performed on a regular basis, will significantly extend the life of your system. We always take pictures of everything. If our technicians recommend anything to you there will be pictures of the problem, along with an explanation of how performing the repair will extend the life of your system.
Cleaning The System
Regularly cleaning important compenents of the system will help to ensure the system remains working properly throughout its lifetime.

When we come out for your first maintenance we have a simple test we can run that will allow us to determine the total cooling capacity of your system.
Cleaning the Coils
Regularly Cleaning the evaporator and condenser coil will ensure that they do not experience any buildup, from dirt, growth, scaling, or any other kinds of problems.

Any blockage of airflow, or coating of the fins that might cause a lower rate of heat transfer, will cause the system to run less efficiently, and lose a significant amount of capacity overtime.

A Germicidal UVC bulb can be used on either side of the evaporator coil to keep it free from any growth. This really works to significantly reduce any buildup on the coil.
Cleaning Blower Wheel
During our maintenances we blow and dust collected on your blower wheel off with compressed air.

Unfortunately cleaning with anything other than air is not possible unless you remove the blower from the air handler, and them remove the motor from the housing. The motor cannot get wet or it will break. After removing the motor the fins of the blower wheel can easily be cleaned in whatever method is necessary. This is called a "pull and clean" and would incur an extra charge.
Cleaning Drain Line and Drain Pan
One of the main things we do during our maintenance is clean the drain pan, and clear out the drain line.

We clean the drain pan of any growth that may be there. We clear out your drain line, and treat it as well, to ensure that there will not be any blockages that form before our next visit.

Installation
In the unfortunate event that a majorly expensive repair is needed, along with the quote for the repair, you will also be provided with a quote for replacement. We will work with you to find which unit best fits your needs, as well as your budget.
We primarily work with Trane, but we offer all major brands. Trane has a great reputation for good reason, they put alot of work into making sure their units will work as intended, for a long time. The wait time for a new system is typically 1-3 days.

We go the extra mile to ensure that we install your system correctly, and we ensure that with our 1 year full warranty. Anything that goes wrong in the first year we will fix, up to replacing the entire system. This excludes any damage that was caused by an external source such as a tree falling on your unit, or an employee damaging the unit.
